Devi Pratami is a lecturer in Department of Industrial Engineering, School of Industrial Engineering, Telkom University, Bandung. She finished her Master of Industrial Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 2015. Her thesis was  “The Effect of Partnership Quality towards the successful offshore IT outsourcing project in Indonesia”. She also finished her Industrial Engineering bachelor degree from Telkom University in 2009.
